This weekend, 14th and 15th of January, is marmalade making weekend. With 5Kg of best Seville oranges and lots of sugar we should have enough to last until next winter. The whole house smells of fragrantly boiling oranges. We think it tastes delicious,…come and try some it really is sunshine on toast! We also have an interesting medlar preserve and blackberry jam, both from the fruits of the garden.
